DTF Supplies in San Antonio, TX
Texas DTF supplies / San Antonio
San Antonio buyers planning celebration shirts, visitor merchandise, or community-group apparel often need one design across several garment sizes. Keep the artwork plan separate from the shirt-size count: a single print dimension may not suit both youth and adult garments.

Event apparel across sizes and fabrics
Prepare an artwork-to-garment matrix before printing. Identify youth, adult, and specialty placements, and approve each dimension rather than resizing during pressing.
- Build separate final-size files for placements that require different dimensions.
- Check detailed or multicolor artwork on the darkest garment in the order.
- Order against an approved garment count and leave time to test the actual blanks.
Choose supplies for your printing setup
- 1-liter DTF ink: cyan, magenta, yellow, black and white.
- 24-inch instant peel film and nominal 32-inch film: check actual roll dimensions and printer fit.
- Fine TPU adhesive powder: 1 kg and 5 kg options.
- Printed custom gang sheets: a separate option for buyers who want ready-to-press transfers.
San Antonio buyer questions
Does one transfer size fit every shirt in an event order?
Not necessarily. Compare the graphic’s intended placement with the available print area on each garment size. Approve youth and adult layouts independently when needed.
Should I use consumables or printed transfers for event shirts?
Consumables support your own DTF printing workflow. Ready-to-press gang sheets suit buyers who want the printing handled and already have a suitable heat press.
