Thank you for choosing Flash Printing Depot. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom nature of our products and the consumable nature of our printing supplies, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Custom Products

All Custom DTF Transfers, Gang Sheets, UV DTF Transfers, and other made-to-order products are manufactured specifically for each customer and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

DTF Consumables & Equipment

For quality control and product integrity, all DTF film, DTF ink, TPU adhesive powder, printer parts, accessories, equipment, and other consumable products are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing flashprintingdepot@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label

Approved claims will be resolved at the sole discretion of Flash Printing Depot through a replacement, store credit, or other appropriate solution. Refunds are not issued for approved claims.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing all artwork, quantities, sizes, colors, and shipping information before submitting an order. Flash Printing Depot is not responsible for customer-submitted artwork errors, including but not limited to:

  • Low-resolution images
  • Spelling or grammatical errors
  • Incorrect sizing
  • Transparent backgrounds
  • Color variations caused by monitor or screen settings

Shipping

Flash Printing Depot is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control once an order has been shipped.
